Bel-Jon is offered a scholarship from the French government, Minister of Foreign Affairs, General Director of Cultural Relations. He is given another three year leave of absence to complete his studies and and schools. He is given a diplomatic passport to facilitate his government's request. He returns to Ecole du Louvre and Ecole des Beaux Arts to study 18th century art, museography (management of museums) and painting. |
